Not to worry! This is usually a result of delayed Apple billing. Apple groups small purchases together to avoid multiple processing fees. So, often, you will receive an email summary of App Store charges several days after you've made a purchase in the App.
How can you tell if this is the case?
1 - First, check your Purchase History within the App by going to My Room and tapping the Settings cog icon at the top right of your screen. Under Account you will see Purchase History. Here you can see every pack you ever received from us. Tap on any one to see what was inside. Count the number of packs you received during the drop in question.
2 - Next, check the Purchase History in your ios device. Here, you will see individual pack purchases listed. Some will have been processed the day of a drop. Some will show as processed several days after and potentially on the same day as another drop. As long as the number of packs purchased here is the same as what is listed in your Account in the App, everything is all good. Packs are clearly named so you can tell different drops apart.
To find your Purchase History on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch:
· Open the Settings App.
· Tap your name, then tap Media & Purchases
· Tap View Account. You might be asked to sign in.
· Tap Purchase History.
NOTE: When a pack purchase is in Pending status, it will display applicable taxes and fees as part of the total cost of the pack, rather than the price we display. Once a pack is processed, it will show the cost as a breakdown of pack price + taxes/fees for your region.
3 - If the packs in the Purchase History of the App do not match the packs in the Purchase History of your device, please screenshot that device Purchase History for us clearly showing all of the packs that are listed. Send it over to support@tibles.com along with your app username.
